Why doesn't TASC race in the Summer?

It is not practical for us to schedule races for the entire year, so we race when the weather is best for it. In Memphis, that's in the Spring and Fall. Not only is it cooler, but the wind is much better in these seasons. In fact, there is usually little to no wind in the Summer months in the mid-south. However, several TASC members like to gather at Patriot on Thursday nights in the Summer for fun sailing and casual racing in what we call the "TNT" (Thursday Night Thing).
