I am interested in daysailers that are a little larger. What else is there?

Consider a Hunter 170, a Buccaneer 18 or a Flying Scot. Our neighbor club, Delta Sailing Association, hosts the larger Lightning, Thistle, and Hobie (catamaran) classes.  Lightnings and Thistles are older designs that both carry a crew of three. These boats are in the 16 to 19 foot range, which may not sound like they’re much bigger, but they are, and the cost is correspondingly higher too.
